Michael Woodman
For more than 36 years, Michael D Woodman has advised clients on financial planning and insurance strategies. He works with individuals, families and business owners to create a comprehensive, holistic financial plan and investment portfolio that addresses their personal goals as well as life’s major financial milestones along the way. When circumstances arise or needs change, Michael works with the client to update and adjust their plan accordingly. As an independent financial advisor, he is committed to helping his clients make well-informed financial decisions.
Michael holds Series 6, 7, 9, 26, 63, and 65 securities registrations through LPL Financial and Life and Health Insurance licenses. He earned an MBA and Master of Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Michael also holds several financial services designations: Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Retirement Income Certified Professional and Chartered Advisor for Senior Living, all earned through American College.
Active in his community throughout this career, Michael served in the US Army for 3 years (1978-1981) and is a past member of the Rotary Club in Biddeford, Maine and Concord, Massachusetts. He has also spent time as a volunteer with Minuteman Senior Services, a non-profit organization that provides programs for seniors, disabled adults and caregivers.
Michael and his wife Mimi reside in Sudbury, Massachusetts and when Michael is not working with his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren; occasionally getting away to their Florida property over the winter months.
